Distribution Systems. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, to the extent consistent with communications industry practice, Tenant is only required to keep those portions of the Distribution Systems that are located within one thousand (1000) feet of an Insured Leased Improvement at an Insured Location insured in accordance with the terms of this Article XIII.
