DISTRIBUTION PIPELINES shall include. All pipelines for distribution of gas, oil, products and water which downstream from the first metering station or connection or the town border station and up to the industrial, commercial, or institutional meter. All service lines including portions of such pipelines within private property boundaries up to and including the domestic meter, and the first joint or connection through the wall. Distribution piping could be manufactured from iron, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, plastic or any other material which might be substituted for the aforementioned. Pipelines constructed as underground cable conduits downstream from town border stations to industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential meters. Pipelines for pressurized liquids or slurries within the limits of cities or towns, other than service lines or laterals, the construction of which employs the same or similar methods, equipment or organization as used in performing the work described above. All pipelines 6" diameter and under. EXCLUSIONS from the coverage of this Agreement shall be: Mainline pipelines as in and covered by the Teamsters Mainline Pipeline Agreement for Canada. Such pipeline installation repair, maintenance, replacement or reconditioning, more particularly and usually defined as Industrial, Commercial, Institutionalor Building Construction, as may not be combined with or comprising an integral part of pipeline construction. Employer that the work excluded in E above is covered by other agreements and agrees to be bound by the applicable Union agreement on any such work. DEFINITIONS of terms contained in and for purposes of this Agreement shall include: "First metering station or connection" means that point which divides mainline transmission lines or higher pressure lateral and branch lines from lower pressure distribution systems. If a metering station or connection is located on a mainline transmission line, then the mainline pipeline construction includes the construction of all pipelines up to the point at which lower pressure distribution systemstake off from higher pressure lateral and branch lines. This definition shall be interpreted as being subject to the definition of distribution work as contained herein. "Town border station" means that point at which deliveries to the distribution systems begin and are transformed, metered, or

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC) is the distribution facility owned or controlled by BellSouth inside a building or between buildings on the same property that is not separated by a public street or road. USLD-INC includes the facility from the cross connect device in the building equipment room up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises.

  • Unbundled Subloop Distribution (USLD) 2.8.2.1 The USLD facility is a dedicated transmission facility that BellSouth provides from an End User’s point of demarcation to a BellSouth cross-connect device. The BellSouth cross-connect device may be located within a remote terminal (RT) or a stand-alone cross-box in the field or in the equipment room of a building. The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility. BellSouth will make available the following subloop distribution offerings where facilities exist: USLD – Voice Grade (USLD-VG) Unbundled Copper Subloop (UCSL) USLD – Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC (aka riser cable))

The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer's wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Feeder 2.8.4.1 Unbundled Sub-Loop Feeder (USLF) provides connectivity between BellSouth's central office and cross-box (or other access point) that serves an end user location.
