Any written materials to be distributed by the Parent to the Shareholders pursuant to this Agreement shall be delivered or sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as the Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Shares) to each Shareholder at its address as shown on the books of the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall provide or cause to be provided to the Parent for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense current lists of the Shareholders.
