Distribution of Written Material. Contractor shall produce mailings to all Enrollees enrolled in Care Management that will include reminders about the benefits of participating in the Care Management program and of receiving the screenings and preventive care required for their particular condition. The mailing shall include Contractor’s toll-free phone number and invite Enrollees to contact ICT or the nurse advice line with any questions. Contractor mailings shall include reminders about needed preventive services or screenings, whether in writing or by telephone, a reminder about the risks associated with progression of the Enrollee’s disease and about any available incentives for receiving a needed service.
