Distribution of the Work. Except as restricted by Author in the publishing option selected, the rights granted by Author automatically include (1) the right to allow sale and distribution of the Work, in whole or in part, by ProQuest and its sales agents and distributors and (2) the right to make the Abstract, bibliographic data and any meta data associated with the Work available to search engines and harvesters.  Restrictions. ProQuest will use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict the distribution of the Work as provided under the publishing option selected by Author or as later elected by Author through direct contact with ProQuest. Such election is subject to Author's Degree Granting Institution Directives (see below). With respect to restrictions requested after submission of the Work, Author acknowledges that ProQuest cannot recall or amend previously distributed versions of the Work.  Removal of Work from the Program. ProQuest may elect not to distribute the Work if it believes that all necessary rights of third parties have not been secured. In brief, maintenance involves servicing, repairs, and testing of lights and LV systems. This involves carrying out maintenance on electrical equipment such as LV DBs, electrical plant, wiring enclosures and luminaires and associated control systems, portable appliances and other specific electrical equipment, in order to minimize downtime, and ensure that the equipment performs at optimal levels and functions to specification at the specified areas. Servicing - performing routine preventive maintenance as prescribed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ACSA’s planned maintenance routines, and applicable legal and design standards. Repairs – responding to breakdowns, callouts and restoring the equipment to safe working conditions on an as and when basis. Advisory – telephonically guiding airport electricians under emergency situations to ensure systems are safely shutdown or returned to service within stringent times. System Performance Test – Testing equipment performance against the OEM, ACSA, and statutory requirements for compliance and return to service purposes. Extent of the works The Contractor will be fully responsible for meeting all requirements in this document regarding the Works. For each piece of equipment, all work will be carried out to standards as required by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as any applicable governing law and/or regulations. Where OEM standards differ from those required by this document the more stringent requirement shall apply. The Contractor will be fully responsible for obtaining (and keeping up to date with) said requirements. The proposed minimum scheduled maintenance activities can be found in annex H.

  • Distribution of the Agreement 1. The Board will continue as in the past to print the Agreement for distribution to the members of the bargaining unit.

  • Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked. When the assignment of overtime work causes an unusual burden upon the employee, the employee shall not be required to work overtime unless the absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.

  • Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.

  • SUPERVISION OF THE WORK 6.1 Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using Contractor’s best skill and attention. Contractor shall be solely responsible for all methods, techniques, sequences and procedures, and shall coordinate all portions of the Work. County will deal only through Contractor, who shall be responsible for the proper execution of the entire Work.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUS TERMINAL 12.1 Obligations prior to commencement of construction Prior to commencement of Construction Works, the Concessionaire shall:
