Distribution of the Agreement. Within thirty (30) days following the signing of this Agreement the District shall make the agreement accessible on the District website and shall post a copy in the staff room of each building.
Distribution of the Agreement. The Appointing Authority agrees to provide all newly hired or re-hired employees in the units, divisions, or departments covered by this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement if furnished by the Association.

The Association shall be responsible for making available copies of the Agreement to all employees represented by the Association, provided that new employees hired after the initial distribution, shall be provided with a contract by the District Human Resources Office at the time of the signing of individual contracts.
