Distribution of Shares. (a) The Company will distribute to the Participant (or to the Participant’s estate in the event that his or her death occurs on or after January 1, 2014) the Shares of Common Stock represented by vested RSUs as follows: within 30 days of the Vesting Date; provided that if the Participant vests as the result of the application of Section 2(d), the earlier of 30 days after the 2013 Reporting Date or March 15, 2014.
