Distribution of Marketing Materials Developed by Covered California. Agency may distribute and reproduce marketing materials developed and made available by Covered California. Agency shall be responsible for any printing costs for such material and for all costs related to the distribution of those materials, including, but not limited to, mailing and postage costs.

Distribution of Marketing Materials Developed by Covered California. 1. Certified Insurance Agent may distribute and reproduce marketing materials developed and made available by Covered California. Certified Insurance Agent shall be responsible for any printing costs for such material and for all costs related to the distribution of those materials, including, but not limited to, mailing and postage costs.

  • Distribution of Material A Union-designated employee will have access once per month to their worksite for the purposes of distributing Union information to other bargaining unit employees provided:

  • Distribution of Union Information At non-secure facilities, the Union shall be permitted to place and distribute materials at mutually agreed to locations frequented by employees, before and after work, and during breaks and meals periods. At secure facilities, the Union shall be permitted to place informational materials for employees at the work site. The placement will be limited to roll call areas, and in or near officers' dining room. The information shall be placed at a table provided by the Employer and may have a sign of identification. This placement must be done by an employee or a Union staff representative designated by the Union during the employee's non-working hours. Distribution of materials will be done in a non-secure area during non-work hours.

  • Distribution of Literature FSFSA representatives may, during non-working hours or during any breaks, distribute employee organization literature. The FSFSA agrees that nothing of a libelous, racist, sexist, obscene, or partisan political nature shall be so distributed.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.
