Common use of Distribution of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Agreement. Following ratification of this Agreement the Association shall prepare a camera-ready copy of the Agreement for District review and mutual editing. After editing, the District shall print the Agreement at its cost and shall distribute copies to all current and new employees, along with six copies to the Association. The District shall also make at least one copy available for review by any applicant for employment with the District.
