Common use of Distribution of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Agreement. Following ratification of this Agreement the District shall prepare a camera-ready copy of the Agreement for Association review and mutual editing. After editing, the District shall print the Agreement. The cost of such printing shall be the District’s. The District shall distribute copies to all current employees.
