  • Distribution Date Statements to Certificateholders (a) Not later than two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall prepare and make available to the Trust Administrator and not later than each Distribution Date, the Trust Administrator shall make available to each Certificateholder, the Depositor, the Trustee and any other interested parties a statement based in part on information provided by each Servicer setting forth the following information with respect to the related distribution (in the case of information furnished pursuant to (i) and (ii) below, the amounts shall be expressed as a dollar amount per one thousand):

  • Monthly Investor Report On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will deliver the Monthly Investor Report to each Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date (which delivery may be made by e-mail to the e-mail addresses in the Note Register without need for confirmation of receipt or by making the report available to the Noteholders through the Indenture Trustee’s website, which initially is located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Reports to the Trustee; Certificate Account Statement Not later than 15 days after each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall forward a statement, certified by a Servicing Officer, to the Trustee setting forth the status of the Certificate Account as of the close of business on such Distribution Date and showing, for the period covered by such statement, the aggregate of deposits into and withdrawals from the Certificate Account for each category of deposit specified in Section 3.04 and each category of withdrawal specified in Section 3.05, and stating that all distributions required by this Agreement have been made (or if any required distribution has not been made, specifying the nature and amount thereof).
