Distinguished Teaching Award. Each academic year four (4) faculty will be selected for a Distinguished Teaching Award. Distinguished Teaching Award winners will be selected during Spring semester of each year by a committee consisting of the previous year’s Distinguished Teaching Award winners, and one academic administrator appointed by the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs. Winners of the Distinguished Teaching Award will receive a one-time after-tax bonus of $3,000 and will be provided with a reserved parking space for one semester of their choice during the following academic year. In addition, full-time faculty who win the Distinguished Teaching Award will be provided with two (2) hours of reassigned time during Spring semester in order to perform classroom observations of the next year’s nominees and to participate on the selection committee for the next year’s Distinguished Teaching Award.

Distinguished Teaching Award. It is hereby agreed by and between the Employer and Union that the Employer shall adopt a Distinguished Teaching Awards program for Employees.
Distinguished Teaching Award. Because the Bargaining Unit Faculty enriches the College in so many ways and is a significant part of its teaching excellence, the College shall establish a distinguished teaching award to be given to a Bargaining Unit Faculty member to honor those who have excelled and have made a significant contribution to the mission of the College. This award will be given annually. Nominations for this award shall be made by the Bargaining Unit Faculty as described below and the candidates nominated will be chosen by a vote of the Bargaining Unit Faculty.   • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.

  • Employees - Basic Eligibility Employees may participate in the Group Insurance Program if they are scheduled to work at least 1044 hours in any twelve consecutive months, except for:
