Dissolution of Sponsor Not to Terminate Trust. The dissolution of the Sponsor, or its ceasing to exist as a legal entity from, or for, any cause, shall not operate to terminate this Declaration of Trust insofar as the duties and obligations of the Trustee are concerned.
