Dissemination of Results. In accordance with the Centre’s Open Access Policy available at the following link (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/EN/Misc/Pages/Open-Access-Policy.aspx), all Project Outputs must be made available to the public on an Open Access basis. Open access publication of books and journal articles The Recipient shall publish books and journal articles under Open Access license at the time of publication. In the event such Open Access publication is not reasonably possible with the publisher or journal of first choice, the Recipient must ensure such book or journal article is placed in a suitable Open Access repository, in post-print form, within twelve months of publication. Open access publication of Grey Literature The Centre maintains the IDRC Digital Library (IDL), an open access repository for Grey Literature. The Recipient must submit to the Centre, in accordance with the IDRC Connect User Guide, Grey Literature in electronic form, for publication in the IDL on an Open Access basis. The Centre reserves the right to remove any material from the IDL without notice.
Dissemination of Results. During the Action and for the period of time as stated in Section 10.2 of this PCA, the Dissemination of Results by one or several Parties including but not restricted to publications of whatever form (excluding patent applications(s) and other registrations of IPRs), shall be governed by the procedure of Article 29.1 of the Grant Agreement subject to the following provisions: Any publication planned by a Party shall be submitted through written notice to the other Parties at least forty-five (45) days before the planned publication submission date. Any objection to the planned publication shall be made in writing to all Parties within thirty (30) days after receipt of the written notice. If no objection is made within the time limit stated above, the publication is permitted. An objection to a planned publication by a Party is justified if: the protection of the objecting Party's Results or Background is adversely affected; and the proposed publication includes Confidential Information of the objecting Party; or the objecting Party's Legitimate Interests, academic or commercial, would be significantly harmed. Any and all objection(s) shall include, to the extent possible, a precise request for necessary modifications. If an objection has been raised on one or more of the above mentioned grounds, the objecting Party and the publishing Party shall discuss how to overcome the justified grounds for the objection on a timely basis (for example by amendment to the planned publication and/or by protecting Confidential Information before publication) and the objecting Party shall not unreasonably continue the opposition if appropriate measures are taken following the discussion.
Dissemination of Results. The Recipient must disseminate its results as soon as feasible, in a publicly available format, subject to any restrictions due to the protection of intellectual property, security rules or legitimate interests. If Recipient intends to disseminate its results, it must give at least 15 days advance notice to KIC LE and the other Recipients involved in the same Project (unless agreed otherwise), together with sufficient information on the results it will disseminate. The KIC LE or another Recipient involved in the same Project may object within (unless agreed otherwise) 15 days of receiving notification, if it can show that its legitimate interests in relation to the results or background would be significantly harmed. In such cases, the results may not be disseminated unless appropriate steps are taken to safeguard those interests.

Dissemination of Results. Subject to the remainder of this Clause 14, the Programme Owner shall Disseminate the Results it owns per the terms of this Agreement as soon as possible, unless such Dissemination goes against its legitimate interests (for instance, because the Results have not yet been protected, the Results concern trade secrets, or disclosing the Results would infringe on applicable personal data protection, security related, or other applicable obligations). For the avoidance of doubt, this Clause 14 shall not be interpreted as an obligation to Disseminate any and all information, including each single data point. It is up to the Programme Owner to use best judgement of what is relevant for dissemination and what is the most appropriate manner to do this.
