Dissemination and Outreach. The Dissemination and Outreach Activity will use several approaches to ensure that information regarding the development and services of EGEE are actively communicated to the widest possible audience. The objective being to encourage adoption of the EGEE technology and services across European academia and industry. The major approaches used will be: • A lively up-to-date central web sites providing a one-stop-shop for all major project information, with links to the regional web sites where localised information will be found. • A series of focused email distribution lists that will be of interest to users and potential users of EGEE services. • Four major events of one-week duration, that will promote liaison between the EGEE project in an open and cooperative way, to the potential users and decision makers. XXXXXX will undertake the hosting and maintenance of the central web site and will be supported by the other participants who will supply the technical content. XXXXXX will work with CERN, UEDIN and CNRS to ensure that this material is put to best use in the production of PR material.

Dissemination and Outreach. The primary aim of this task is sharing information on the benefits of Grids, especially the BalticGrid- II project, to broad communities of potential users in academia and the public sector with special emphasis on communities in the Baltic States and Belarus. This task will also be assuring communication of Project progress among partners. The dissemination will be managed coherently with the deployment and operation of the Project infrastructure (SA1) to assure that dissemination and education properly address current and near term offerings of BalticGrid-II. The dissemination activity will present the BalticGrid-II offer to particular user groups and research disciplines. The requirements and interests of said groups will be identified through specially elaborated forms, available from the BalticGrid-II website and also sent to any interested parties. This task will consist of the activities listed below: Grid conferences and events Organization of various Grid events is planned by NA2 leader - at the central level, and locally by Partners: · Project conferences (3-4 during the 24 months of BalticGrid-II) accompanied by “Grid Open Days” hosted in partner countries and aimed at potential users, local industry and authorities, · At least one scientific conference – at the end of BalticGrid-II life, where research results of the Project partners and users will be presented, · Scientific workshops on various Grid aspects, · Dedicated sessions for Grids during other large and suitable conferences co-organized by BalticGrid-II partners in their countries, · New forms of dissemination activities devoted for broader audience (like Grid Info Festival) – organized locally by Partners at least once during BalticGrid-II life – to attract new communities. Participation of Project representatives in external events and conferences, workshops and exhibitions like IST events, Open Grid Forum, EGEE events, Krakow Grid Workshop, XXXXXX conference, NREN and Grids workshops, and other related events. Input for relevant European Commission initiated dissemination The project will (also) provide input for relevant European Commission initiated dissemination activities (e.g. press releases, news bulletins, brochures, success stories, posters, web-based publications, multimedia material etc). In this context the project's dissemination-messages will also reflect its broader societal and economic impact.
Dissemination and Outreach. The STELAR Center will develop and implement a variety of dissemination and outreach strategies, with special emphasis on reaching broader communities of existing and potential PIs and disseminating findings and resources from ITEST projects to K-12 students and teachers. Regional and national dissemination efforts should be employed to ensure sufficient coverage. Plans for dissemination and outreach should be included in the STELAR Center’s annual work plan.

  • Dissemination 1. All public events, activities, curricular materials, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents produced with OSHE funds provided pursuant to this agreement must state clearly that the project partnership is administered by OSHE and that OSHE is a partner in the project partnership. The only official name to be used in describing the overall program is “Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF)” and no other institutional- specific branded name shall be used in official communication about the grants.

  • Education and Outreach Health Education Advisory Committee The PH-MCO must develop and implement effective Member education and outreach programs that may include health education programs focusing on the leading causes of hospitalization and emergency room use, and health initiatives that target Members with Special Needs, including but not limited to: HIV/AIDS, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Dual Eligibles, etc. The PH-MCO must establish and maintain a Health Education Advisory Committee that includes Members and Providers of the community to advise on the health education needs of HealthChoices Members. Representation on this Committee must include, but not be limited to, women, minorities, persons with Special Needs and at least one (1) person with expertise on the medical needs of children with Special Needs. Provider representation includes physical health, behavioral health, and dental health Providers. The PH-MCO must provide the Department annually with the membership (including designation) and meeting schedule of the Health Education Advisory Committee. The PH-MCO must provide for and document coordination of health education materials, activities and programs with public health entities, particularly as they relate to public health priorities and population-based interventions that are relevant to the populations being served and that take into consideration the ability of these populations to understand and act upon health information. The PH- MCO must also work with the Department to ensure that its Health Education Advisory Committees are provided with an effective means to consult with each other and, when appropriate, coordinate efforts and resources for the benefit of the entire HealthChoices population in the HC Zone and/or populations with Special Needs. The PH-MCO must provide the Department with a written description of all planned health education activities and targeted implementation dates on an annual basis.

  • Information and Support The NTO shall obtain from the ISO, and the ISO shall provide to the NTO, the necessary information and support services to comply with their obligations under this Article.

  • Dissemination of Policy All members of the contractor's staff who are authorized to hire, supervise, promote, and discharge employees, or who recommend such action, or who are substantially involved in such action, will be made fully cognizant of, and will implement, the contractor's EEO policy and contractual responsibilities to provide EEO in each grade and classification of employment. To ensure that the above agreement will be met, the following actions will be taken as a minimum:

  • Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.

  • Confidentiality and Safeguarding Information 1. Each Party may have access to confidential information made available by the other. The provisions of the Florida Public Records Act, Chapter 119, F.S., and other applicable state and federal laws will govern disclosure of any confidential information received by the State of Florida.

  • Information and Publicity 1. The LP undertakes to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1303/2013, and in the information and publicity guidelines included the Implementation Manual, the Visual Identity Manual for projects and the Communication toolkit of the Danube Transnational Programme with the aim to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union Funds in the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme and to ensure the adequate promotion of the project.

  • INFORMATION OF THE PARTIES Information of the Company The Company is a company established in the PRC in 1984 and converted into a joint stock limited company on 28 September 2015. Information of the Asset Transferor The Asset Transferor is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in the PRC on 11 April 2016 and located in Guangdong Province, the PRC, which is mainly engaged in the businesses of finance lease, etc. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
