Disruptive Student. So that student classroom behavior may be more effectively managed by a teacher, so as to develop the best possible learning situation, disruptive students may be formally identified by a teacher.

Disruptive Student. When a student is disrupting the instructional program to the detriment of them self and/or others, the employee will take appropriate action. Any student removed from class at any time by an employee shall be directed by such employee to the principal or other designated person. Following action by the principal or designee, the student may be returned to the classroom. If, however, an employee requests a conversation with the principal/designee to discuss the student’s behavior, the student’s return to the employee’s class shall be delayed until after the conversation has taken place. Providing classroom coverage to allow for such conversation is the responsibility of the principal/designee.

Disruptive Student. 1. The parties acknowledge that the primary responsibility for dealing with discipline problems or disruptive incidents in the classroom lies with the teacher. In the ordinary case, the teacher's professional training and experience have equipped him/her to handle such problems in the professional and competent manner most likely to xxxxxx individual learning and a positive relationship between teacher and student. However, should an extraordinary incident arise and cause a disruption which interferes with the learning process in the classroom, maximum assistance will be made available to the teacher dealing with such a situation.
