DISRESPECT. Disrespect to school personnel and other students cannot be allowed. The use of rude, obscene, or vulgar language will not be tolerated toward anyone. Open defiance toward any personnel cannot be allowed. Students who use insulting or abusive language toward personnel or other students will be disciplined. A student should not interfere with the teaching and learning process in the classroom.
DISRESPECT. Behaving in a disrespectful manner towards staff, an adult in authority, or peers is inappropriate and is subject to disciplinary ac- tion, including expulsion. DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR Any action that disrupts or interferes with educational activities or the school environment or has the potential for such disruption will not be tolerated. Examples of disruptive behavior include, but are not limited to: chronic talking in the classroom or other school event wherein stu- dents have been directed to remain quiet; horseplay; chronic lack of supplies; arguing; engaging in sexual behavior on school property; blocking the entrance or exits of any school building, corridor or room with the intent to deprive others of lawful access to or from; preventing or attempting to prevent by physical act the convening or continued functioning of any school or educational function, or of any meeting or assembly on school property; continuously and intentionally making noise or acting in any manner so as to interfere seriously with the ability of any teacher or any of the other school personnel to conduct the educational function un- der his/her supervision (using toys, cards, xxxxxx xxxxx, etc.)
DISRESPECT. To insult, call derogatory names, dishonor, or in other manner abuse verbally or in writing to any person.
DISRESPECT. Disrespect or insubordination in word, act or attitude toward any member of the JPIIHS community or its guests will be dealt with according to the gravity of the situation and may result in an After School Detention, Saturday School, suspension, disciplinary probation and/or dismissal from school.
DISRESPECT conduct or behavior that demeans, degrades, antagonizes, humiliates or embarrasses a person or group of persons, including instructors and/or clinical facility staff.
