Disqualification From Taking Examination. If disqualified from taking an examination, an employee may utilize the appeal process specified in the Personnel Management Regulations for employees disqualified from taking an examination.

Disqualification From Taking Examination. If an employee is disqualified from taking an examination, the employee may appeal in writing to the CEO or designee within three working days. The CEO or designee shall consider the appeal and upon request meet with the employee and his or her representative.

It is understood and agreed that the foregoing shall not constitute a violation of the wage schedule under the collective agreement."
