Disputes Regarding Disability. Should a dispute occur concerning Executive's mental or physical capacity as described in Subparagraph 6.2, a doctor selected by Executive and a doctor selected by Employer shall be entitled to examine Executive. If the opinion of Employer's doctor and Executive's doctor conflict, Employer's doctor and Executive's doctor shall together agree upon a third doctor, whose opinion shall be binding.
