Disputes Governed by Disciplinary and Grievance. Regulations All disciplinary matters, disputes, grievances or other incidents involving the Association, its Players, Team Officials, Club Officials supporters and/or spectators that occur during the term of this Agreement are governed by the Football West Dispute and Grievance Regulations and/or the equivalent regulations set out by the Competition Administrator.

  • DISPUTES AND GRIEVANCES Section 1. This Agreement is intended to provide close cooperation between management and labor. Each of the Unions will assign a representative to this Project for the purpose of completing the construction of the Project economically, efficiently, continuously, and without interruptions, delays, or work stoppages.

  • Arbitration of Grievances If a grievance brought under Division B (GRIEVANCES) of this Article is not resolved at Step Three of that procedure, the Association may submit the matter to arbitration.
