Disputes Concerning Compliance. 1. The Association agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the College harmless against any and all claims, suits or other forms of liabilities, including attorney fees, arising out of the College’s compliance with this Article of the Agreement. The parties agree that the Association has the right to provide and oversee the legal defense and strategy for such matters and that the College will cooperate with the Association and its counsel in securing and giving evidence, obtaining witnesses, and making relevant information available.
