Common use of Disputes between the Parties Clause in Contracts

Disputes between the Parties. (a) If a dispute directly affects two (2) or more Employees, it may be identified as a group grievance and be initiated at Step 2 and processed therefrom in the same manner as an individual grievance. A group grievance shall list all Employees affected by the grievance and the results of such grievances shall apply, proportionately, if applicable, to all Employees listed on the original grievance.
