Disputed Claim. The Company agrees that in a case where there is a question regarding if an illness or injury, is work related or not work related, the employee may file for Weekly Indemnity benefits while waiting for a decision from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. This procedure will include employees who have been tested for ISO Sensitization. The entitlement for Weekly Indemnity is only dependent on the normal eligibility provisions for Weekly Indemnity.
