DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION. In the unlikely event that we have a legal dispute, here is how the Parties agree to proceed, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any Subsection in this Dispute Resolution Section that is prohibited by law shall not apply to the users residing in that jurisdiction, including Subsections 15b, 15c, 15d, and 15e, which shall not apply to users residing within the European Union, European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
