Common use of Dispute Resolution Process Clause in Contracts

Dispute Resolution Process. Each Party will make a good faith effort to resolve any disputes relating to this Agreement prior to commencing a legal action. These efforts may include an offer to arrange for executive-level discussions or an offer to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation.
