Dispute Resolution; Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without reference to conflict of laws principles, and the parties agree that any litigation relating to this Agreement may only be brought in and will be subject to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court in Prague, Czech Republic. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JetBrains may bring a claim for equitable relief in any court with proper jurisdiction.
