Dispute Procedure. A. A grievance is defined to be any disagreement between the Employer and the Union as to the interpretation or application of any provision of this Agreement. The Union reserves the right to present grievances through its authorized representatives on either an individual or collective basis. Should any difference, dispute, or complaints arise over the interpretation or application of any provision of this Agreement, there should be an xxxxxxx effort on the part of both parties to settle such grievances promptly through the following steps:
