Disposition Services. The Sub-Advisor has the primary responsibility for providing disposition services for the property assets on behalf of the Company. The Sub-Advisor shall:: (i) Consult with and make recommendations to the Advisor’s Investment Committee or the Board, as appropriate, and provide assistance with the evaluation and approval of potential dispositions, sales, syndications or other liquidity events; (ii) Structure and negotiate the terms and conditions of transactions pursuant to which Investments may be sold; and (iii) Engage a third-party broker if necessary. 3.06
