DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY. If TENANT abandons or quits the Leased Premises or is dispossessed thereof by process of law or otherwise, title to any personal property belonging to TENANT and left on the Leased Premises Areas thirty (30) days after such event shall be deemed to have been transferred to COUNTY. COUNTY shall have the right to remove and to dispose of such property without liability therefor to TENANT or to any person claiming under TENANT, and shall have no need to account therefor. Personal property left on the Leased Premises after termination, expiration, or abandonment of the Lease shall not be construed as giving TENANT possession of the Leased Premises during the thirty (30) days after termination, expiration or abandonment of the Lease.

DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY. If CONTRACTOR abandons or quits CONTRACT or is dispossessed thereof by process of law or otherwise, title to any personal property belonging to CONTRACTOR and left on COUNTY premises 15 days after such event shall be deemed to have been transferred to COUNTY. COUNTY shall have the right to remove and to dispose of such property without liability therefore to CONTRACTOR or to any person claiming under CONTRACTOR, and shall have no need to account therefore. DISTRICT shall have the right to remove and to dispose of such property without liability therefore to MANGER, or to any other person or entity claiming by, through or under MANAGER, and shall have no need to account therefore.

Personal property left on the Airport after termination, expiration, or abandonment of the LICENSE shall not be construed as giving the LICENSEE possession of the Operating Area during the fifteen (15) days after termination, expiration or abandonment of the LICENSE.
DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY. If Cinelux fails to remove any personal property belonging to Cinelux from the Premises after forty-five (45) days of the expiration or termination of this Agreement, such property shall at the option of Town be deemed to have been transferred to Town. Town shall have the right to remove and to dispose of such property without liability to Cinelux or to any person claiming under Cinelux, and the Town shall have no need to account for such property.
