Display of Brand Features. Google may display those Customer Brand Features authorized by Customer (such authorization is provided by Customer uploading its Brand Features into the Services) within designated areas of the Services Pages. Customer may specify the nature of this use using the Admin Console. Google may also display Google Brand Features on the Services Pages to indicate that Google provides the Services. Neither party may display or use the other party's Brand Features beyond what is allowed in this Agreement without the other party's prior written consent.

No Obligation to Publish. We are not obligated to publish, transmit or use your User Content. Spectra is not in any manner endorsing any User Content that it may publish or post on the Platform and cannot, and will not, vouch for its reliability. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms. You will not continue to post any User Content that Spectra has previously advised you not to post.

  • Publicity and Use of Trademarks or Service Marks 34.1 A Party, its Affiliates, and their respective contractors and Agents, shall not use the other Party’s trademarks, service marks, logos or other proprietary trade dress, in connection with the sale of products or services, or in any advertising, press releases, publicity matters or other promotional materials, unless the other Party has given its written consent for such use, which consent the other Party may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.

  • LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE The Company may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Company, and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services ("Company Materials"). Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Company Materials solely in connection with Your use of the Website and Services.   • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
