Dispatchers. Employees of the Alaska Marine Highway System functioning as Dispatchers shall be compensated as follows for work performed by telephone outside of regular work hours. For calls received within four hours after completion of the regular work day, the time worked shall be recorded on the timesheet in fifteen (15) minute increments. For calls received later than four hours after completion of the regular work day, the time worked on the timesheet shall be recorded in thirty (30) minute increments.

If employees fail to complete the certification process successfully they may be subject to dismissal, and such dismissal shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure of this Agreement.
