Dispatch Rules. On-Call Supervisors (excluding Retired On-Calls) will be offered seasonal and temporary year around openings by their supervisory seniority. Should the most senior On- Call Supervisor refuse the assignment, the position will be offered to the next most senior, and so forth until the list is exhausted. After the list is exhausted, the opening will then be assigned to the most senior On-Call Supervisor. Should the most senior On-Call Supervisor again refuse the assignment, they shall lose all seniority as a supervisor and will be dropped from the supervisor’s list.‌

Dispatch Rules. Drivers who have been laid over in foreign terminals shall be dispatched in accordance with the following rules:

  • Dispatch The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.
