Dispatch Office. The Union shall maintain a Dispatch Office or Offices from which the Employer shall hire all employees. There shall be no restrictions/limitations on the Employer's right to hire via name request, and the Employer shall retain the right to refuse employment to an individual if the Employer does not believe that such individual is suitable for the available work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such right is exercised, the Employer shall provide the Union with a letter or email outlining the reason(s) an individual was not suitable, upon receiving a written request from the Union to do so. There shall also be no restrictions/limitations on the Employer's right to transfer an employee(s) from one (1) project to another throughout the province. When a non-local resident employee(s) is transferred between two (2) out-of-town projects, fifty-eight cents ($0.58) per road kilometre shall be paid to the non-local resident employee from the point of dispatch to the first project as an initial travel allowance, and from the first project to the second project, one (1) way, and from the second project back to the point of dispatch as a terminal travel allowance. The Union agrees to provide a letter of commitment to maintain the Teamsters Local 213 Dispatch Rules, which became effective May 13, 1991, throughout the term of the Agreement.

Dispatch Office. The Contractor shall provide a dispatch office, staffed twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, which shall be capable of immediately responding to and/or receiving requests for vehicle impoundments, requests to redeem vehicles, verifying vehicle impoundments, or providing vehicle impoundment information. The Contractor may have one dispatch office serving multiple zones provided that the office is capable of immediately responding to and/or receiving requests from the zones being served.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

  • Dispatch The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.

  • Transmission of business Where a business is transmitted from one employer to another, as set out in clause 4.4 - Redundancy, the period of continuous service that the employee had with the transmittor or any prior transmittor is deemed to be service with the transmittee and taken into account when calculating notice of termination. However, an employee shall not be entitled to notice of termination or payment in lieu of notice for any period of continuous service in respect of which notice has already been given or paid for.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider.   • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES. Encryption can be end to end at the network level, or the data files containing PHI can be encrypted. This requirement pertains to any type of PHI or PI in motion such as website access, file transfer, and E-Mail.

  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Overnight Guests Any guest who remains in on-campus housing past 12:00am is considered an Overnight Guest. Overnight Guests under the age of 16 who are not enrolled are not permitted. No resident will be allowed more than two (2) Overnight Guests at one time (this number can be reduced during special events). Any Overnight Guest requires the approval of the roommate(s). No Overnight Guest may stay more than three (3) consecutive days without the permission of the roommate and the Hall Director. No individual may stay as an Overnight Guest in on-campus housing for more than 15 days total in a given semester. Persons who have been removed from on-campus housing for any reason may not return as Overnight Guests following their removal.

  • Postal Interruption A Party to this Agreement will not mail a document it is required to mail under this Agreement if the Party is aware of an actual or impending disruption of postal service.
