Dispatch Center. Metro West Ambulance shall maintain and operate a dispatch center which is staffed and equipped to effectively implement, monitor and manage Metro West Ambulance’s SSM plan. All dispatching of emergency ambulances shall be processed and managed utilizing an EMD card system adopted in Administrative Rule. All calls received directly by Metro West Ambulance requesting medical assistance or transport shall be triaged using the EMD cards. The dispatch center shall dispatch an ambulance and immediately relay the dispatch information to the Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency (WCCCA) if so directed by the EMD cards. Non-emergency and Inter-Facility calls as defined by Washington County Code 8.32.030 (W) and (CC) are not included in this agreement and are subject to free market competition. A call received directly by Metro West Ambulance’s Dispatch Center may not be serviced as a non-emergency call unless so triaged using Washington County’s EMD cards. Dispatch center personnel shall be EMD trained and perform call review and other functions required by administrative Rule. EMD training shall consist of meeting the standards and requirements of Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) for EMD certification and as established by Administrative Rule. Metro West Ambulance shall record all telephone lines into their dispatch center, which could receive a request for service or transfer a request for service to another ambulance provider or 9-1-1 center. Metro West Ambulance shall record all company radio frequencies used to dispatch and coordinate ambulance service. All recordings shall be made available to the County upon request. All recordings shall be retained for a minimum of one year. Metro West Ambulance shall cooperate and communicate with 9-1-1 centers to assure a smooth delivery of dispatch services. Metro West Ambulance shall pay for, implement and maintain an interface between its dispatch center and WCCCA for the transfer of data points in a form recognizable to WCCCA’s computer system. Metro West Ambulance agrees to work with the County in the identification of additional dispatch information that would be of use to WCCCA to improve the emergency medical system. Metro West Ambulance will maintain an automatic vehicle locator in all ambulances used in the performance of this agreement.

Dispatch Center. 1. Service Company must have the ability to receive data from the Web-Based Service Portal and provide centralized service management, dispatching, remote monitoring, and technical assistance. (Preferred, but not mandatory.)
Dispatch Center. The Union acknowledges the inherent management right of the Town to establish a public safety communication center to process fire and other emergency communications, and to utilize trained personnel in the operations of the center provided that such rights shall not be exercised in violation of other sections of this Agreement. The town will provide trained dispatchers for complete 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week coverage. In the case of exigent circumstances, non-dispatcher personnel may be used, as necessary, to supplement the coverage of civilians, such as a second person or to provide coverage for employee turnover. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, non-dispatcher personnel may be used until such time as a regular dispatcher is able to report for duty. If it is necessary to use non-dispatcher personnel, every effort will be made to assure that individuals trained in the proper operation of the center will be used. When dispatching fire or ambulance calls, personnel operating the dispatch center shall be provided with, and instructed to follow standard operating procedures for Fire Department Communications which have been developed and approved by the Fire Chief (and may be amended as necessary).
Dispatch Center. Franchisee shall install, provide, operate and maintain a dispatch center using a CAD system and all necessary equipment, including a telephone service (including ring down line), 800 MHz mobile radio system, mobile data computer/radio system, personal computers and a secondary dispatch response system, to enable Franchisee to receive, dispatch and coordinate requests for service from the PSAP and City. City may require Franchisee, at Franchisee’s cost, to integrate its CAD system into the CAD system of the PSAP. If permitted by Applicable Law, subject to any restrictions required by Applicable Law or a City contract, and at no cost to City (except minor City administrative costs that do not exceed five hours of City staff time), City agrees to (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to help Franchisee in any current or future integration process; and, (b) with respect to Franchisee’s CAD interface with the City’s CAD system, encourage City’s vendor(s) to offer Franchisee discounts and/or pricing similar to that received by City for the CAD system.
Dispatch Center. Contractor shall operate a dispatch center and maintain all equipment and software (fixed, mobile, linkages) necessary to receive requests for emergency ambulance services made by County designated Communications Centers. Contractor shall be capable of receiving and replying to such requests for emergency ambulance services by voice and by the data linkage as specified in the current version of the County Message Transmission Network (MTN) Standard, which is incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the MTN standard is on file at the EMS Agency, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Suite 126, Martinez, CA. Contractor's dispatch center shall be capable of dispatching all ambulance units used to provide services pursuant to this Contract.
Dispatch Center. Through its Dispatch Center located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XXXX shall provide dispatch services as outlined herein to ECSO. The Xxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office retains all authority over the personnel who are assigned and working in the DCSO Dispatch Center and performing services related to this agreement.
Dispatch Center. Medix shall cooperate and communicate with 9-1-1 centers to assure smooth delivery of dispatched services. Medix will notify the appropriate dispatch center when delayed to a service call by more than 10 minutes. Medix agrees to work with County in the identification of additional dispatch information that would be of use to Clatsop County 9-1-1 centers to improve the emergency medical system. Medix will maintain an automatic vehicle locator in all ambulances used in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. For information about telemedicine services, our designated telemedicine service provider, and how to access telemedicine services, please visit our website or contact our Customer Service Department.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. Respiratory Therapy This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
