Dismissal Policies and Procedures. 1. The School shall implement the dismissal policies as described in the approved Renewal Application or subsequently submitted to and approved by the Sponsor. If the School materially revises the dismissal policies, it shall provide the Sponsor the revised policies within 30 days of adoption by the Governing Board. If the Sponsor determines that the revised dismissal policies violate applicable law, it shall provide the School with written notice within 30 days. The School shall have the opportunity to resubmit.
