Dismissal Only for Just Cause. An employee shall not be dismissed without just cause. The cause for the dismissal shall be in writing in the dismissal notice.

Dismissal Only for Just Cause. An employee with seniority may be suspended or dismissed only for just cause. Such employee and the Union shall be advised promptly in writing by the Employer of the reason for such dismissal or suspension.
