DISHONORED CHECK. If an insured´s check is returned because of insufficient funds to pay it, AFCO may impose a charge of $10.
DISHONORED CHECK. A check returned for any reason will result in a $40.00 processing fee and may result in the loss of the early payment discount.
DISHONORED CHECK. If an insured's check is dishonored for any reason and if permitted by law, the insured will pay to AFCO a fee for expenses in processing that check not to exceed the amount permitted by law. (15)
DISHONORED CHECK. As a convenience to resident(s) the owner is willing to accept personal checks in payment of any obligation hereunder. Only by written authorization of owner or owner/landlord in paragraph 8 below. However, in the event any check tendered to the owner is dishonored by the bank, then all future rent payments are to be made in cash, certified check or money order. In addition, there will be a service charge of $75.00 for each dishonored check.
DISHONORED CHECK. A check returned for any reason shall result in a Thirty Five Dollar ($35.00) processing fee being charged to the lessee for cost and inconvenience of handling said check. A check returned for any reason may result in the loss of the discount for pre-payment under section 2 above.
DISHONORED CHECK. A fee of up to $15.00 may be imposed if payment is made with a check that is dishonored on the second presentment.
DISHONORED CHECK. If any check payable to The Wellness Center at DeKalb Medical is dishonored it will be assessed a $30 charge for each occurrence, and collect the current and past-due balance in any subsequent month.
DISHONORED CHECK. If any check payable to the Emory Decatur Wellness Center is dishonored it will be assessed a $30 charge for each occurrence, and collect the current and past-due balance in any subsequent month.
DISHONORED CHECK. As a convenience to the residents, the owner is willing to accept personal checks in payment of any obligation hereunder. However, in the event any check tendered to the owner is dishonored by the bank, the owner, at his option, may demand all future payments to be made by certified check or money order. In addition, there will be a service charge of seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each dishonored check.
DISHONORED CHECK. In the event any check written by You is dishonored by Your bank, in addition to the amount stated in the box herein above as a service fee to Facility, You also agree to pay any and all charges incurred by Facility to Facility’s bank as a consequence thereof. Facility May Change Terms. Facility may, at any time, in its sole discretion, change any of these Terms of Tenancy, or any of the dollar figures set forth on the first page of this Agreement, by mailing written notice to You at the address last-given by You in writing, at least ten (10) days prior to expiration of any period of tenancy created by this Agreement. In the event You do not consent to such change, Your sole remedy is to terminate the tenancy created by this Agreement, by giving proper notice to Owner, and to timely vacate The Unit, and Your failure to so do within ten (10) days following the date on which notice of such change was given to You shall constitute a conclusive presumption that You consent to such change.
