DISCRETIONARY MATTERS. The parties agree that all portions of Part 7 of Article 2 of Title 26, C.R.S., and Part 8 of Article 2 of Title 26, C.R.S. that grant discretion to either party regarding the administration of the Works or Child Care Programs in the County will not be affected by the execution of this MOU.
