Discretionary Benefits. 6.1 From time to time the Company may decide to offer Executive Management and Executive Committee Bonus Schemes and make bonus payments under them at its discretion. The terms of any such Schemes will be advised to eligible employees at the time that they are made available.

Discretionary Benefits. 11.1. Where the Contractor or any relevant sub-contractor is an Admission Body, the Contractor shall and/or shall procure that any relevant sub-contractor shall award benefits (where permitted) to the Eligible Employees under the Compensation Regulations and/or the LGPS in circumstances where the Eligible Employees would have received such benefits had they still be employed by the Council.
Discretionary Benefits. Where DBFM Co (or a relevant Service Provider) is an Admission Body, DBFM Co shall (and/or shall procure that any relevant Service Provider shall) award benefits (where permitted) to the Pensionable Authority Employees under the LGPS (Compensation) Regulations and/or the LGPS Regulations in circumstances where the Pensionable Authority Employees would have received such benefits had they still been employed by the Authority. Where the award of benefits in Clause 26.18 is not permitted under the LGPS (Compensation) Regulations and/or the LGPS Regulations or where DBFM Co (and/or a relevant Service Provider) is not an Admission Body, DBFM Co shall (and/or shall procure that any relevant Service Provider shall) award benefits to the Pensionable Authority Employees which are no less favourable than the benefits the Pensionable Authority Employees would have received under the LGPS (Compensation) Regulations and/or the LGPS in circumstances where the Pensionable Authority Employees would have received such benefits had they still been employed by the Authority. Where under Clauses 26.18 and 26.19 such benefits are of a discretionary nature, they shall be awarded on the basis of the Authority's written policy in relation to such benefits at the time of the Relevant Service Transfer Date (which the Authority shall provide upon request). Where the payment of such benefits is not, for whatever reason, possible, DBFM Co shall (and/or shall procure that any relevant Service Provider shall) compensate the Pensionable Authority Employees in a manner which is broadly comparable or equivalent in cash terms.13 Where this alternative Clause 26 drafting is used, the following definitions should be added to Schedule Part 1:
Discretionary Benefits. Where the Provider or a Sub-Contractor is an Admission Body, the Provider shall and/or shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall award benefits (where permitted) to the Eligible Employees under the Compensation Regulations and/or the LGPS in circumstances where the Eligible Employees would have received such benefits had they still been employed by the Council; and Where the award of benefits in clause 49.8.1 is not permitted under the Compensation Regulations and/or the LGPS or the Provider and/or a Sub-Contractor is not an Admission Body, the Provider shall and/or shall procure that any Sub-Contractor shall award benefits to the Eligible Employees which are identical to the benefits the Eligible Employees would have received under the Compensation Regulations and/or the LGPS in circumstances where the Eligible Employees would have received such benefits had they still been employed by the Council. Under clause 49.8.1 and 49.8.2, where such benefits are of a discretionary nature, they shall be awarded on the basis of the Council's written policy in relation to such benefits at the time of the Relevant Transfer Date (which the Council shall provide upon request). Where the payment of such benefits is not, for whatever reason, possible, the Provider shall and/or shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall compensate the Eligible Employees in a manner which is broadly comparable or equivalent in cash terms. Claims from Eligible Employees or Trade Unions The Provider hereby indemnifies the Council and/or any Future Provider and, in each case, their Sub-Contractors from and against all Losses suffered or incurred by it or them which arise from claims by Eligible Employees of the Provider and/or of any Sub-Contractor or by any trade unions, elected employee representatives or staff associations in respect of all or any such Eligible Employees which losses: relate to pension rights in respect of periods of employment on and after the Relevant Transfer Date until the date of termination or expiry of this Contract; or arise out of the failure of the Provider and/or any relevant Sub-Contractor to comply with the provisions of this clause 49 before the date of termination or expiry of this Contract
Discretionary Benefits. 6.1 The Company shall make sure that the Sole Director will keep the following discretionary benefits: · Life Assurance: The Company will provide life assurance cover equivalent to 4 times the amount of the Sole Director’s basic annual salary; · Medical Insurance: The Sole Director has joined the Company’s International Medical Insurance Plan through CIGNA. Full family cover will remain available;
