Discretionary Annual Bonus. For each completed fiscal year of the Company during the term of your employment, you will be eligible to earn a discretionary annual cash bonus with a target bonus opportunity equal to 50% of your Base Salary, based upon the attainment of performance metrics to be established, and as determined, by the Board of Directors of the Company in its sole discretion.

Discretionary Annual Bonus. During each full fiscal year during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to earn a discretionary annual bonus award (an “Annual Bonus”) in such amount, if any, as may be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Board, provided that it is the expectation of the parties that no such Annual Bonus shall be awarded to Executive during the Employment Term.
Discretionary Annual Bonus. During Employee’s employment with the Employer, Employee is eligible to receive an annual cash performance bonus (an “Annual Bonus”) during each calendar year that ends during the Employment Period, to the extent earned based on the performance of Employee and the Employer and as determined, calculated and paid by the Employer in its sole discretion. Employee’s Annual Bonus for a calendar year is targeted, but not guaranteed, to be between eighty percent (80%) and two hundred percent (200%) of Employee’s Base Salary for that particular year, with greater or lesser amounts (including zero) paid based on Employee’s and Employer’s performance and as determined, calculated, and paid in the Employer’s sole discretion. Annual Bonuses will be paid around December 31st of a given year, but in no event later than March 15 of the following calendar year. If Employee ceases to be employed by the Employer on the established date of payment of the Annual Bonus at issue, Employee and the Employer acknowledge and agree that Employee is not eligible to receive, and will not receive, an Annual Bonus, or any portion thereof.
Discretionary Annual Bonus. For each year during the Employment Period, Executive may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, not to exceed 40% of his Base Salary (the “Annual Bonus”). The Compensation Committee, in its sole discretion, will establish performance goals and objectives from year to year on which the Annual Bonus will be based, and the Compensation Committee likewise reserves the sole discretion to modify such goals and objectives, or the final amount of the Annual Bonus, based upon events occurring during the related year or its assessment of the Company’s or the Executive’s performance in general. The Compensation Committee will provide the Executive with such goals and objectives and any modifications it may make. Unless otherwise provided herein, no Annual Bonus shall be deemed to have been earned by Executive for any year in which Executive is not actively employed by the Company on the last day of the fiscal year to which the bonus relates. The Company shall pay the Annual Bonus no later than two and a half months after the end of the fiscal year to which the applicable bonus relates.
Discretionary Annual Bonus. Within 60 days after the end of each fiscal year during the Employment Period, including the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, the Compensation Committee shall evaluate Executive’s performance in light of factors that such committee deems relevant. Based on this evaluation, Executive will be eligible to receive an annual bonus award for performance in each fiscal year. The amount of the annual bonus, if any, shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee and shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s regularly established payroll practice within 75 days of the end of the relevant fiscal year.
Discretionary Annual Bonus. The Board may in its discretion determine to grant cash bonus compensation to Employee or a bonus in the form of stock awards or grants of options to purchase capital stock of the Company.

Discretionary Annual Bonus. Following the conclusion of each fiscal year during the term of this Agreement, the Board shall make a good faith evaluation of the performance of Xxxxx during such year, on the basis of which Xxxxx shall receive a bonus in an amount and upon such other terms and conditions as shall be determined at the discretion of the Board.
Discretionary Annual Bonus. (i) For each fiscal year, Executive shall be eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 100% of Executive’s base salary, as in effect on the last of the applicable fiscal year, subject to such terms and conditions and upon such performance targets as determined by the Board or a committee created by the Board (the “Performance Bonus”).
Discretionary Annual Bonus. Employee also may be eligible for a bonus from time to time for her services during the Term. Employee shall be entitled to receive a minimum annual bonus of One Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($150,000), which is equivalent to thirty-seven and one-half percent (37.5%) of her gross annual salary as provided in Section 5.1. At the Employer's sole discretion, Employee may be awarded an annual bonus in a greater amount, up to a maximum of Three Hundred Thousand dollars ($300,000), which is equivalent to seventy-five percent (75%) of her gross annual salary as provided in Section 5.1. Employee's eligibility to receive a bonus, the determination to award Employee such bonus and any determination to award Employee a bonus amount greater than the minimum annual bonus amount shall be in Employer's sole discretion.
