Discontinuing Service. The non-payment of allocated costs by April 1st shall relieve the City of any obligation to furnish Services to the non-paying party until payment is made. The City shall give written notice, however of its intention to discontinue Services at least 60 days before doing so. The provision of Services shall continue during the 60-day notice period.
