Discontinuation of Operations. Other than Seller’s fulfillment of its obligations pursuant to the Transitional Services Agreement, Seller agrees that it will discontinue all operations of any kind whatsoever related to the Business, including the design, manufacture, distribution and sales of the Assets, pursuant to the mutually agreed upon schedule with Purchaser specified in the Transitional Services Agreement.
