Discontinuance of Service. Individuals who, for whatever reason, leave the service of the School District prior to eligibility for the balance of the payout shall retain ownership of School District contributions and personal contributions made on their behalf to the date of discontinuance of service. The School District shall retain no current or future liabilities for said investment programs as a result of the severing of service.
