Common use of Discontinuance of Service Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Service. No Owner or Occupant shall cause any service, facility, equipment or utility which is required under this Section to be removed or shut off from, or discontinued for, any occupied Dwelling which is let or occupied by such Person, except for such temporary interruption as may be necessary while actual repairs or alterations are in progress, or during a temporary emergency when discontinuance of service is approved by a Code Official.
