Discontinuance of Products. Supplier shall provide at least twelve (12) months written notice to DXC prior to Supplier’s discontinuance of manufacturing any Products. Such notice shall include, at a minimum, DXC part numbers, substitutions, and last date that orders will be accepted for such Products.

Discontinuance of Products. Notwithstanding any language in this limited warranty to the contrary, AOI shall have the right to discontinue the availability of any Product or components or replacement parts therefor, or to make design changes or improvements in the Products at any time and such discontinuance or change shall not constitute a breach of warranty, or result in liability for AOI under any legal theory whatsoever. AOI shall have no obligation to retrofit, change or improve Products purchased by Customer prior to the discontinuance or change.
Discontinuance of Products. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, in the event that the Supplier, in Supplier’s sole discretion, determines that the continued manufacture and sale of any Product has become commercially unfeasible or undesirable and elects to discontinue the manufacture of said Product, upon receipt by Distributor of written notice thereof, Distributor’s rights under this Agreement with respect to such discontinued Product shall be deemed immediately terminated. IN THE EVENT ANY PRODUCT IS DISCONTINUED BY SUPPLIER, DISTRIBUTOR SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY PAYMENT AMOUNTS (WITH RESPECT TO SUCH DISCONTINUED PRODUCT) OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE.
Discontinuance of Products. From time to time, XXXXXX may discontinue particular Products, limit their production or alter their design but will inform Distributor at least * * * before change. New cardiovascular products developed will be offered to Distributor by mutual agreement with first right of refusal.
Discontinuance of Products. Supplier shall not stop providing any Product to Zebra for any reason, for the longer of: (a) three (3) years after commercial production qualification by Zebra of (i) the Product or (ii) a Zebra product incorporating the Product (whichever occurs later); or (b) two (2) years from the issue date of this Order. If Supplier intends to stop providing any Product to Zebra for any reason, Supplier shall give Zebra at least twelve (12) months prior written notice, during which time Zebra may continue to place orders for such Product, with delivery not to exceed twelve (12) months from the date of any such orders. At Zebra's request, Supplier shall assist Zebra in making alternative supply arrangements for the discontinued Product.
Discontinuance of Products. Buyer, in its discretion, may discontinue the use, of any of the Products at any time. In the event of any such discontinuance, Buyer shall purchase from Seller any inventory of such discontinued Product being held by Seller (not to exceed thirty (30) days of Buyer's average usage unless otherwise authorized in writing by Buyer) that Seller is unable to dispose of promptly in the ordinary course of business (at prices then being paid by Buyer) as well as any inventory of raw ingredients and packaging that Seller cannot use in the normal course of business (not to exceed thirty (30) days of Buyer's average usage unless otherwise authorized in writing by Buyer).
