Disclosure To Third Parties Prohibited. Except as otherwise expressly required by Attachment A hereto, Consultant shall not divulge, disclose or communicate any information concerning any matters affecting or relating to the business of NGC without the express written consent of NGC. The terms of this section shall remain in full force and effect after the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
