Disclosure of the terms of the contract. The Provider is informed and gives an authorisation of disclosure of all relevant terms of the contract, including identity and price, for the purposes of internal and external audit and to the Committee of Ministers and to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council with a view to these latter discharging their statutory functions, as well as for the purpose of meeting the publication and transparency requirements of the Council of Europe or its donors. The Provider authorises the publication, in any form and medium, including the websites of the Council of Europe or its donors, of the title of the contract/projects, the nature and purpose of the contract/projects, name and locality of the Provider and amount of the contract/project. Whenever appropriate, specific confidentiality measures shall be taken by the Council to preserve the vital interests of the Provider.

  • Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods:  For certificates of insurance: 5 business days  For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days  For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days  For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.

  • Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.

  • Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement As used in this document, Contract (whether capitalized or not) will, unless the context requires otherwise, mean this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersede any and all prior agreements.   • EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT ON THE CONTRACT The Contract, as amended by this Supplemental Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, and during the period in which the amendments made by this Supplemental Agreement are to have effect all references in the Contract to “the contract”, “herein”, “hereof”, “hereunder” and other similar expressions shall, unless the context requires otherwise, be read and construed as a reference to the Contract as amended by this Supplemental Agreement.

  • Amendment of the Contract (06/19) Any changes to the provisions of this Contract shall be in the form of an Amendment. No provision of this Contract may be amended unless such Amendment is approved as to form by the City Attorney and executed in writing by authorized representatives of the Parties. If the requirements for Amendment of this Contract as described in this section are not satisfied in full, then such Amendments automatically will be deemed null, void, invalid, non-binding, and of no legal force or effect. The City reserves the right to make administrative changes to the Contract unilaterally, such as extending option years and increasing compensation. An administrative change means a written Contract change that does not affect the substantive rights of the Parties.
