Common use of Disclosure of Sales Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Sales. The Company will disclose in its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, in its Annual Report on Form 10-K and/or in a Current Report on Form 8-K, the number of Placement Securities sold through Rxxxxxx Jxxxx and the Alternative Managers pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements and the net proceeds received by the Company with respect to such sales, together with any other information that the Company reasonably believes is required to comply with the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.

Disclosure of Sales. The Company will disclose in its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, in its Annual Report on Form 10-K and/or in a Current Report on Form 8-K, the number of Placement Securities sold through Rxxxxxx Jxxxx Jxxxxx and the Alternative Managers pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements and the net proceeds received by the Company with respect to such sales, together with any other information that the Company reasonably believes is required to comply with the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.

Disclosure of Sales. The Company will disclose in its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Q and in its Annual Report on Form 10-K and/or in a Current Report on Form 8-Krespect of any quarter in which sales of Placement Securities were made under this Agreement, the number of Placement Securities sold through Rxxxxxx Jxxxx the Manager, the Net Proceeds to the Company and the Alternative Managers pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements and the net proceeds received compensation payable by the Company to the Manager with respect to such sales, together with any other information that quarter the Company reasonably believes is required to comply with the 1933 Act and 1934 ActPlacement Securities sold.

The Company will disclose in its Quarterly Reports quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, in its Annual Report annual report on Form 10-K and/or in a Current Report on Form 8-K, the number of Placement Securities sold through Rxxxxxx Jxxxx and the Alternative Managers JonesTrading pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements and the net proceeds received by the Company with respect to such salessales of Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement, together with any other information that the Company reasonably believes is required to comply with the 1933 Securities Act and 1934 Exchange Act.

Disclosure of Sales. The Company will disclose in its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, in its Annual Report on Form 10-K and/or in a Current Report on Form 8-K, the number of Placement Securities sold through Rxxxxxx Jxxxx B. Xxxxx and the Alternative Managers pursuant to this Agreement and the Alternative Distribution Agreements and the net proceeds received by the Company with respect to such sales, together with any other information that the Company reasonably believes is required to comply with the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
