Employee has identified on Exhibit A to this Agreement all Inventions relating in any way to the Company’s business or demonstrably anticipated research and development that were made by Employee prior to employment with the Company, and Employee represents that such list is complete. Employee represents that Employee has no rights in any such Inventions other than those specified in Exhibit A. If there is no such list on Exhibit A, Employee represents that Employee has made no such Inventions at the time of signing this Agreement.
