Common use of DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION Clause in Contracts

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION. On 22 October 2021, the Lender, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into the Loan Agreement with the Borrower pursuant to which the Lender has agreed to grant a loan of HK$10 million to the Borrower for a term of 156 months.

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION. On 22 October 202121 April 2022, the Lender, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into the Loan Agreement with the Borrower pursuant to which the Lender has agreed to grant a loan of HK$10 HK$38 million to the Borrower for a term of 156 3 months.

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION. On 22 October 202129 January 2020, the Lender, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into the Loan Agreement with the Borrower pursuant to which the Lender has agreed to grant a loan of HK$10 HK$15.0 million to the Borrower for a term of 156 months1 month.

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION. On 22 October 202116 May 2022, the Lender, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into the Loan Agreement with the Borrower pursuant to which the Lender has agreed to grant a loan of HK$10 HK$2.56 million to the Borrower for a term of 156 monthsone year. Prior to the entering into of the Loan Agreement, the Lender and the Borrower entered into the Existing Loan Agreement pursuant to which the Lender has advanced to the Borrower a principal sum of HK$6.3 million.
